Importance
Rank your task as: Not Important, Should Do, Important, or Crucial. This comes in handy as you can later rank your tasks from crucial to not important!
Urgency
Rank your task as: Sometime, Soon, Very Soon, Urgent. This can also be used as a factor to rank your tasks.
Repetitevness & Deadline
No need to keep re-writing a recurring task. If the task is repetitive, just tell Alleo the days of the week that the task repeats and it will automatically populate. You may also set a deadline for the task.
Duration
Ask yourself how long the task may approximately take you to complete. This will help you time-block the tasks into your calendar.
Reminder
You can also allow Alleo to remind you about a task. This reminder will be through the app.
