I’m Dillon Doherty, the founder of Alleo.ai, and I want to share the story of how this company came to be, why we’re passionate about Alleo.ai, and where we’re heading.

Our Story

A few years ago, I found myself in a place I never wanted to be. I had just come off an unsuccessful business venture, working a job I didn’t love, and living with my parents. Life wasn’t where I wanted it to be, and I was struggling to figure out how to move forward.

That’s when I had the idea to create something for myself—a system that could help me organize and manage my life. I spent hours using a tool called Podio (which, trust me, most people haven’t heard of) to organize everything in my life—tasks, areas of focus, even people. After a few weeks, I had an epiphany. If I needed something like this so badly, maybe there was a way to help others do it too, and in a much better, more intuitive way.

That’s where Alleo.ai was born.

Our Vision and Mission

What started as a simple life organizer has evolved into something much bigger—what I now call life optimization. Imagine a system that isn’t just tracking your life but actively working to improve it. At Alleo, our vision is to create a hub for personal advancement—a platform that combines the best of coaching, organization, and AI-powered assistance to help people become the best versions of themselves.

Our product brings together four core pillars:

• Life Optimization: Using advanced algorithms and models (like the PERMA model of well-being) to help you align your inner desires with your external reality, so you can live with more purpose and fulfillment.

Ultimately, we’re building a system that can help people solve their deepest life challenges—whether that’s achieving a major career milestone, finding the right relationship, or retiring early. I want Alleo to be a tool that helps people live their best lives, faster and more effectively than they ever thought possible.

What We’re Working on Today

Right now, our focus is on delivering a seamless experience for users. We’ve developed an AI-powered coach that works alongside a life organizer to help people make better decisions, build habits, and reach their goals. Our next big step is integrating a personal assistant into the platform—one that can execute tasks on your behalf—and advancing our life optimization algorithm to truly guide people toward higher well-being.

We’ve had thousands of people sign up, and as we move forward, our goal is to make this product even more powerful and impactful by incorporating more features, improving the user experience, and launching our mobile app soon.
