A resident, as defined in the law, includes (1) every individual who is in the USA for other than a temporary or transitory purpose, and (2) every individual who is domiciled in the USA who is outside the USA for a temporary or transitory purpose.
• Cookies are small files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device, or any other device by a website, containing the details of Your browsing history on that website among its many uses.
• Country refers to: Delaware, United States.
• Data Controller, for the purposes of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), refers to the Company as the legal person which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data.
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone, or a digital tablet.

• Sale, for the purpose of the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a Consumer's personal information to another business or a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.
• Service refers to the Website and any associated services provided by Alleo.ai.
• Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service, or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used. For the purpose of the GDPR, Service Providers are considered Data Processors.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
• Website refers to Alleo.ai, accessible from https://alleo.ai
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. Under GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), You can be referred to as the Data Subject or as the User as you are the individual using the Service.

SMS Communications

If You choose to provide Your mobile phone number and opt in to SMS communications, Alleo may use Your phone number to send account-related and service-related text messages, including messages from Your Alleo assistant, conversational replies, task updates, reminders, approval requests, account notifications, and other product-related notifications. These SMS communications are sent only to opted-in users and are not used for cold outreach or marketing.

Message frequency varies based on Your account activity and how You interact with Your Alleo assistant. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After You reply STOP, we may send one final message to confirm that You have been unsubscribed. You may reply HELP for help, or contact us at dillon@alleo.ai.

Alleo does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers (such as our SMS provider, Twilio) strictly as necessary to deliver SMS messages and operate the Alleo Service.

For users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the lawful basis for processing Your mobile number for SMS communications is Your consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal or any other processing of Your Personal Data described in this Privacy Policy.

International Data Transfers

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those from Your jurisdiction.
