  • Free Trial refers to a limited period of time that may be free when purchasing a Subscription.
  • Promotions refer to contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions offered through the Service.
  • Service refers to the Website and any associated services provided by Alleo.ai.
  • Subscriptions refer to the services or access to the Service offered on a subscription basis by the Company to You.
  • Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
  • Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products, or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Service.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription period

The Service or some parts of the Service are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as daily, weekly, monthly, or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.

At the end of each period, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless You cancel it or the Company cancels it.

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel Your Subscription renewal either through Your Account settings page or by contacting the Company. You will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your current Subscription period, and You will be able to access the Service until the end of Your current subscription period.

USER GUIDELINES AND ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Service.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. The Service may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

  • Criminal or tortious activity
  • Systematic retrieval of data or other content from the Service to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory
  • Engaging in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Service
  • Transmitting chain letters or junk email
  • Using any information obtained from the Service in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person

USER CONTRIBUTIONS

Users may be permitted to submit, post, or transmit content on or through the Service. By providing any content, you grant the Company and its affiliates a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute such content.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by You or other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Country and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

The fees for the Subscription and the payment terms are detailed at the time of your purchase. You agree to pay the Company the Subscription fees indicated for the Subscription plan you select. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. In case of failed payments or overdue accounts, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service until payment is made.

TERMINATION AND ACCOUNT DELETION

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of its Service, or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Service, its content, and any services or items obtained from us is at your sole risk.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas, United States.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
